He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He returned soon after to clean out both the vent and our fireplace, and also sealed the vent to prevent any future issues. He let us know that five birds had safely flown off to their new home. We really appreciated the humane and thorough approach—highly recommend!

These guys were great!! I called Peter on a Friday, Kody and his assistant came out first thing Monday morning to set traps. We assessed the issue and then from there created an action plan in ensuring the raccoon is removed. Perhaps more importantly, getting a detailed breakdown in how they were going to secure entrance points. Making sure they were closed off from other animals moving forward. I’m a big proponent of, if we’re gonna get it right he’ll might as well get it right the first time! I hope I never have to call these guys again, but if I have to, I know where to go haha.
